Contractor Procurement Requirements. Contractor agrees to adhere to the following procurement procedures when obtaining any and all commodities and contractual services including, but not limited to, office supplies, training supplies, equipment, rental agreements, insurance, construction, maintenance, professional and consultant services, and all other goods and services needed to carry out the terms of this agreement.
