Common use of Contractor Representative Clause in Contracts

Contractor Representative. The Contractor representative under this Agreement shall be Xxxxx Xxxxxx, P.E. (“Contractor Representative”). The Contractor Representative shall act as the Contractor’s primary point of contact with the City. The Contractor shall not designate another person to be the Contractor Representative without prior written notice to the City.
