Contractor Required to Continue Performance. Pending the final determination of the Claim, including any judicial review or appeal process, and unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by County, Contractor shall proceed diligently with performance of the Contract and County shall continue to make payments in accordance with the Contract Documents.
