Payment for Performance. If this Interlocal Agreement is terminated for any reason, DSHS shall only pay for performance rendered or costs incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and prior to the effective date of termination.

c. Annual System Operation costs – not to exceed $24,000/year. This is a recurring annual cost. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or prohibit the ability of a Participating Assessor from receiving extra data support services that are beyond the scope of this Agreement. A Participating Assessor, and his or her respective county, who obtains extra data support services (rate sheet services) that may be related to but are beyond the scope of this Agreement shall be solely responsible for the payment of such extra work.
Payment for Performance. 4 The Partners will manage the risk of under-performance against the total emergency admissions target set locally, in accordance with the approach agreed by the Health and Wellbeing Board, and set out in the Thurrock BCF Plan. In particular the approach will be that it is managed by delaying expenditure commitments in relation to the BCF Scheme 7 (Payment for Performance), equivalent to the target, until the target is achieved, and payment of the target sum can be released into the Pooled Fund by NHS Thurrock CCG. Where the target is achieved, the payment for performance element of the fund will be used as a contribution to the protection of adult social care.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or prohibit the ability of a Participating Party from receiving extra data support services that are beyond the scope of this Agreement. A Participating Party, and his or her respective jurisdiction, who obtains extra data support services (rate sheet services) that may be related to but are beyond the scope of this Agreement shall be solely responsible for the payment of such extra work.
Payment for Performance. (1) Except as otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, any final decision where the Owner is to pay additional monies to the Contractor, shall not be delayed by any PRE, Claim or appeal by another party.
(2) Payment to the Contractor of any final decision shall be made by the Owner in accordance with the contract for the completed work.
(3) Notwithstanding any other provision of the Contract Documents, payment to the Contractor shall be subject to any set-off, claims or counterclaims of the Owner.
(4) Payment to the Contractor for a Subcontractor issue submitted by the Contractor shall be paid by the Contractor to the Subcontractor in accordance with the contract between the Contractor and the Subcontractor.
(5) Any payment or performance determined owing by the Contractor to the Owner shall be made in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Payment for Performance. Company will pay Agency for performing the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to Company's prior written approval, Company will reimburse Agency for reasonable, necessary, and documented expenses incurred in connection with the Services.
Payment for Performance. (1) No Understudy shall perform in a Principal part to which said Understudy is assigned without additional compensation.
(a) Payment of one-eighth of an Artist's own contractual salary shall be made to the Understudy for any performance in which the Artist appears in the capacity of an Understudy to a Principal.
(b) A cast member understudying a Star billed over the title, if receiving less than $200 over minimum, shall be paid at least $175 for each performance given in place of the Star.

Vendor compensation is tied to performance as provided in this Agreement. • Vendor will submit to the Department detailed invoices requesting payment of compensation and all such supporting information to justify the requested compensation and such other information as the Department may request in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Agreement. • Vendor is required by this Agreement to provide the Department with detailed weekly reports in accordance with Section 6.3 of this Agreement. • Vendor will comply with the Monitoring and Review provisions of this Agreement. • The Department will perform Acceptance Testing in accordance with this Agreement.
