Contractor Responsibility. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility and liability for the compliance with all applicable DOS policies, regulations, and standards in their most current form. The Contractor shall hold the U.S. Government and its representatives harmless for failure to comply with any applicable work, hauling, disposal, safety, health or other regulations on the part of the Contractor, their employees, or subcontractors.

Contractor Responsibility. Each contractor involved with the construction of wind or seismic force- resisting systems shall comply with the requirements of IBC 1704.4. The contractor is responsible for providing the special inspector access to approved plans and contract documents at the job site. All special inspection records shall be retained at the job site by the contractor and shall be made available to the Building Department upon request.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.
