Common use of CONTRACTOR RULE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR RULE. Journeymen Cement Masons shall not accept employment with a Contractor who works with the tools of the trade unless said Contractor is a practical Cement Xxxxx, and no Contractor shall be allowed to work with the tools unless he has at least one (1) Journeyman working with him. Where there are partners in the contracting business, no more than one shall work on the same job at the same time.
