The Contractor shall verify all dimensions and details, on the drawings and other data received from the Commissioner and shall notify the Commissioner of all errors, omissions, conflicts and discrepancies found therein. Notice of such errors shall be given before the Contractor proceeds with the Work. Figures shall be used in reference to small scale drawings. The Contractor will be held responsible for any errors not discovered before the Work has commenced.
