CONTRACTOR’S CERTIFICATION REGARDING SUSPENSION AND DEBARMENT. The Contractor certifies pursuant to 31 CFR part 19 that neither it nor its principles are presently disbarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this contract by any federal Department or agency.
