Common use of Contractor's Office at Site of Work Clause in Contracts

Contractor's Office at Site of Work. During the performance of the Contract, at Owner's or Owner’s Representative’s request, Contractor shall maintain a suitable office at or near the Jobsite which shall be the headquarters of a representative authorized to receive drawings, instructions, or other communication or articles. Any communication given to the said representative, or delivered at Contractor's office at the Jobsite in his absence, shall be deemed to have been delivered to Contractor.
