CONTRACTOR'S REPRESENTATIVES/AGENTS AND WORKMEN. 4.1 The contractor shall employ only Indian Nationals and verify their antecedents and loyalty before employing them on the work. He shall ensure that no doubtful antecedents and nationality is in any way associated with the works. If for reasons of technical collaboration or other considerations the employment of any foreign national is unavoidable the tenderers shall furnish full particulars to the Accepting Officer at the time of submission of tenders. As a proof that he has employed only Indian Nationals, the contractor shall render a certificate to this effect to GE within one month from the date of commencement of work.
