Contracts Tracking Subsystem. The Contracts Tracking Subsystem (CTS) allows the monitoring of all Division contracts from RFP through stages of modification, funding, invoicing, and liquidation. Current system features: • Maintain on-line storage of all of the following types of contract related information: deliverables, government furnished equipment, government approved items, action items, budgets, expenditures, funding, value, modifications, accruals and invoices. • Share contract obligation, invoice, and expenditure rate information with the JCIS and the CDIS. • Maintain ability to track contract costs and funding by project and WBS. • Maintain contractor personnel capabilities to track historical employment and badging information. • Maintain ability of contractors to upload Financial Reports (monthly) to system. • The Contractor shall maintain all current capabilities and add new development features in accordance with technical direction.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA H-GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement.
