Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:
Software License Agreement 1) Customers acquiring software licenses under the Contract shall hold, use and operate such software subject to compliance with the Software License Agreement set forth in Appendix D of this Contract. No changes to the Software License Agreement terms and conditions may be made unless previously agreed to between Vendor and DIR. Customers may not add, delete or alter any of the language in Appendix D; provided however, that a Customer and Vendor may agree to additional terms and conditions that do not diminish a term or condition in the Software License Agreement, or in any manner lessen the rights or protections of Customer or the responsibilities or liabilities of Vendor. Software Licence The following licence terms apply whether HP provides software to Customer as part of a managed service or as a separate software transaction.
Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.
Hardware Warranty A. RISK OF LOSS If you purchase any of the hardware Products directly from us, risk of loss or damage to hardware, will pass to you and acceptance will occur upon delivery to your “ship to” address or, if special shipping arrangements are agreed to, upon delivery to your carrier or designee. Title to hardware Products will pass from HPE to you upon full payment for or delivery of the Products, whichever is later. You agree to properly insure the Products for the benefit of HPE between the time risk of loss and damage pass and the time title passes.
Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
