Contractual Management. 9.1 The Contracting Authority authorises the Procurement Manager to act as the Authority’s representative for all purposes of this Agreement and the Service Provider shall deal with the Procurement Manager (or his or her nominated representative) in respect of all matters arising under this Agreement, unless notified otherwise. The Authority will appoint a Call-Off Co-ordinator in respect of each Call-Off Contract in relation to matters arising under a Call-Off Contract, unless otherwise notified by the Authority.
