The Overarching Employer Sample Clauses

The Overarching Employer authorises the Contract Manager to act as its representative for all purposes of this Contract and the Contractor shall deal with the Contract Manager (or his or her nominated representative) in respect of all matters arising under this Contract, unless notified otherwise. The Overarching Employer may replace the Contract Manager at any time by notice to the Contractor. The Contract Manager may delegate any one or more of its functions pursuant to this Contract to any person by notice to the Contractor and may at any time revoke any such delegation.

  • The Employer This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Employer and its successors and assigns.
