CONTRIBUTIONS AND SOLICITATIONS. 1 A. No Employee shall be compelled to contribute to any charitable, civic or other 2 public fund or collection. Such contributions shall be on a voluntary basis. 3 B. Solicitations for funds or the distribution of commercial materials shall not be 4 conducted on METRO property without its written consent. Solicitations and distributions pursuant 5 to RCW 41.56 (the Washington State Public Employees’ Collective Bargaining Act) shall not be 6 restricted beyond that which is allowed by law. 7 C. METRO will not solicit complaints or comments from Employees concerning their 8 wages, hours or material working conditions without the approval of the UNION.
