Contributions to the Non-federal Cost Share. The Parties recognize that other persons or entities may make Contributions to the LCR MSCP on behalf of a Permittee or Permittees. Such Contributions on behalf of a Permittee are subject to the provisions of sections 8.1.2 and 8.5 of this Agreement and will be deposited in a Trust Fund, Escrow Account, or State Treasury Account, as appropriate, and subject to the applicable trust or escrow agreement, or paid directly to Reclamation. Such Contributions shall be credited to the share of the relevant Permittee(s) for the purposes of the Non-federal Cost Share pursuant to the provisions of section 8.4.1 of this Agreement.
