(pre-construction record of survey map) ♦ Establish primary control network • Horizontal datum to be Central Oregon Coordinate System (COCS) ▪ To be established by both GPS and conventional methods. • Vertical datum to be NGVD29 ▪ To be established by differential leveling. ♦ Research of existing survey records. ♦ Development of monument search coordinates near the construction limit corridor. ♦ Field recovery of monumentation. ♦ Processing and mapping of field data within the blue outlined area as shown in figure 1. ♦ Submit preliminary draft of the survey to County Surveyor for review and one round of revisions before final submittal. ♦ Submittal of final Control and Monument Recovery Survey map for filing with the Deschutes County Surveyor’s Office.
