Substance Abuse Policy definition

Substance Abuse Policy means the policy adopted by the City as it is now or as it may be amended from time to time, as set forth in the City’s Human Resources Department Personnel Rules and Regulations, Section 1100, effective February 1, 2012, pertaining substance abuse by City employees.

  • Substance abuse means alcohol and/or drug abuse, addiction or dependency.

  • Substance abuse treatment means outpatient or inpatient services or participation in Alcoholics Anonymous or a similar program.
