SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. Service Provider represents, warrants and covenants that it has and shall maintain substance abuse policies, in each case in conformance with DIR Rules and applicable Laws, and Service Provider Personnel shall be subject to such policies.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. Successful Respondent represents, warrants and covenants that it has and shall maintain substance abuse policies, in each case in conformance with DIR Rules and applicable Laws, and Successful Respondent Personnel shall be subject to such policies.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. The Company and the Union are committed to providing employees with a drug-free and alcohol- free workplace. It is our goal to protect the health and safety of employees and to promote a productive workplace, and protect the reputation of the Company, Union and employees. Consistent with these goals, the Company prohibits the use, possession, distribution or sale of drugs, drug paraphernalia or alcohol on Company premises and all places of work. A program of testing, if necessary, to comply with Federal or State regulations will be instituted upon mutual consent of the Company and the Union. Reasonable suspicion testing shall be administered in accordance with Company policy.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. 6.6.1. Labor and Management are committed to providing employees with a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. It is the goal to protect the health and safety of employees and to promote a productive workplace, and protect the reputation of Labor and Management and the employees. 6.6.2. Consistent with those goals, the Employer prohibits the use, possession, distribution or sale, at its employment sites, of drugs, drug paraphernalia, or alcohol. A testing program, pursuant to the controlled substance and alcohol abuse program may be instituted, upon mutual consent of labor and management which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld, to monitor compliance with this policy. 6.6.3. An acceptable Substance Abuse Program is contained in a separate addendum to this Collective Bargaining Agreement but is not a part of this agreement and modification to this Substance Abuse Program by mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union will not constitute a change to this agreement. Mutual agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. 6.6.4. Any grievance related to an individual Employer’s substance abuse program shall be resolved through the Settlement of Disputes/Grievance section of this agreement.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. Represented employees are subject to the City's current Substance Abuse Policy.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. All employees working on the Jobsite, including the Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers to the selected Contractor, shall be required to comply with Owner's substance abuse policy and requirements, as amended from time to time. A current certification of the individual and test results must be presented by each employee prior to the start of Work. Owner requires pre-assignment drug screenings of all employees and agents of the Contractor, Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers sent to the Site. All employees of the Contractor, Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers shall be required to present the Negative Drug Screen Report to Site security or the Construction Manager (if any) for initial access to the plant. Employees who cannot present this required report will not be given access privileges. A post-accident drug screen shall be required for those persons involved in accidents on Owner's property. Employees and agents of the Contractor, Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers who are reasonably believed to be under the influence of narcotics or alcohol shall be tested as deemed appropriate by the Contractor project manager or designee. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to implement and maintain a drug free work environment and screening program that complies with Owner's policy and legal considerations and the Contract requirements. Contractor drug screenings must be from one of the drug screening sites designated by Owner. Contractor shall provide Owner or Owner’s Representative with an executed copy of Owner's Substance Abuse Policy.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. 45.1 The District’s Substance Abuse Policy will apply to all unit members. The District may adopt or implement rules, regulations and policies to be in compliance with federal and state laws. In such cases, notification will be provided to the bargaining unit prior to implementation.

SECTION 3. If the Employer implements a Sub- stance Abuse Program according to the terms of this Article on a project, all subcontractors, on project, will be required to have and implement a substance abuse program. SECTION 4. An acceptable Substance Abuse Program is contained in a separate addendum to this Collective Bargaining Agreement, but it is not a part of this Agreement and modifications to this Substance Abuse Program, by mutual agreement of an Employ- er and the Union, will not constitute a change to this Agreement. SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY. The City and the Union agree to abide by the provisions of the Substance Abuse Policy as approved by the City Council.
