Project management documents. Consultant shall prepare the following project management documents: ♦ Project management plan to include key milestones, team roles and responsibilities, public outreach plan and the quality control plan. Assumptions: ♦ Coordination and tracking logs will be hosted on the project’s Teams site and will be accessible to both City and Consulting teams. ♦ City will maintain and update the issues and requirements traceability log and stakeholder log.
