CONTROL OF NON-CONFORMANCES. Supplier shall have documented systems in place for the control of non-conforming Products at all stages of Supplier's operations, which systems include identification, documentation, evaluation, segregation, and, as applicable, rework or disposition of the nonconforming Product. In the event Supplier discovers a non-conformance that affects Products already shipped, Supplier shall promptly notify Xxxx and shall fully cooperate with all investigation and containment actions. Supplier shall reimburse all costs and expenses incurred by Xxxx in connection with use of nonconforming Product. Where a Product is identified by Xxxx as nonconforming, Xxxx may issue Supplier a CAPA, and Supplier shall complete all necessary CAPA activities within mutually agreed timeframes.

CONTROL OF NON-CONFORMANCES. The CM agrees to establish and maintain a non-conforming materials process in compliance with the requirements of Paltop requirements and the ISO 9001 standard as it applies to all manufacturing activities related to Paltop product. Evidence of such compliance must be available to Paltop during the monitoring inspections of the CM. Use of non-conforming material or shipment of nonconforming product is prohibited unless approved by Paltop. Any non-conformances pertaining to Paltop products shall be reported by the CM to Paltop immediately or upon rising of a non-conformance report, according to Paltop instructions and the ISO 9001 compliant procedure used by the CM.

  • Notice of Non-Compliance If for any reason the Contractor does not comply, or anticipates that it will be unable to comply, with a provision in this Schedule in any respect, the Contractor must promptly notify the Province of the particulars of the non-compliance or anticipated non-compliance and what steps it proposes to take to address, or prevent recurrence of, the non-compliance or anticipated non-compliance.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).
