Common use of Control of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Control of Personnel. Owner reserves the right at all times to control any and all employees, agents and contractors of the User, and the right to remove from the premises any and all such employees, agents or contractors of the User, and the right, with Owner’s employees and agents, including Owner’s security officers, to eject any objectionable person or persons from the building and premises; and in the event of the exercise of this authority, User hereby waives any and all claims for damages against The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and its employees and agents on account thereof.
