Control of Personnel and Equipment. The officer in charge of the requesting party shall be in command of the operation(s) under which the equipment and personnel sent by the responding party shall serve; provided, that the responding personnel and equipment shall be under the immediate supervision of the officer in charge of the responding party, if more than one officer responds. Command, however, may be relinquished to a ranking or senior officer of the party rendering assistance under the terms of this Agreement. Further, each party authorizes the respective Police Chiefs, or their designee, to pre-arrange training exercises and programs, as well as temporary assignment of officers and/or equipment to another law enforcement agency for training or investigatory purposes.
Control of Personnel and Equipment. The Incident Commander of the Requesting Party, or his or her designee, shall be in command of the operation(s) (“Command”) under which the equipment and personnel sent by the Responding Party shall serve; provided that the Responding Party’s personnel and equipment shall be under the immediate supervision of the Responding Party’s Team Commander, or his or her designee. Command, however, may be relinquished to a ranking or senior officer of the Responding Party under the terms of this Agreement.
Control of Personnel and Equipment. A. The Incident Commander of the agency responsible for the geographic jurisdiction in which an incident occurs shall be in command of the operation(s) under which the SWAT Team is requested. The SWAT Team Commander shall report to the Incident Commander. SWAT Team members will be under the supervisory control and direction of the SWAT Team structure during incidents and training events. Specifically, during incidents occurring within the Town of Greenburgh, the Incident Commander shall be a member of the Town of Greenburgh Police Department. During incidents occurring within the Village of Xxxxx Ferry, the Incident Commander shall be a member of the Village of Xxxxx Ferry Police Department. During incidents occurring within the Village of Hastings on Xxxxxx, the Incident Commander shall be a member of the Village of Hastings-on- Xxxxxx Police Department. During incidents occurring within the Village of Irvington, the Incident Commander shall be a member of the Village of Irvington Police Department. During incidents occurring within the Village of Tarrytown the Incident Commander shall be a member of the Village of Tarrytown Police Department. During incidents occurring in the Village of Elmsford the Incident Commander shall be a member of the Village of Elmsford Police Department. B. In exchange for the commitment of police officer(s) by the villages of Ardsley, Xxxxx Ferry, Elmsford, Hastings-on-Xxxxxx, Irvington and Tarrytown to the SWAT Team, The Town of Greenburgh agrees to provide the facilities and the resources of its police department to arrange for and provide training; maintain appropriate records of the training completed by each member; prepare, submit and maintain all annual budgetary responsibilities; secure and distribute equipment and supplies, and otherwise administer SWAT which includes selecting and providing the Team Commander. C. Each party agrees that the selection of the SWAT Team Leaders and members will be made by the SWAT Team Commander. D. It is understood that while operating either in training or at a SWAT incident under the command of the SWAT Team Commander or his designee, all team members shall adhere to the SWAT Team Standard Operating Procedures. E. Each Municipality agrees to seek and maintain compliance with the provisions of the SWAT Team Certification Program promulgated by the State of New York Municipal Police Training Council (MPTC).

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Contents of Personnel File A. Adverse statements prepared by the County shall not be included in an employee's official personnel file unless a copy is provided to the employee. B. An employee shall have the right to inspect and review the contents of his or her official personnel file at reasonable intervals. C. In addition, an employee shall have the right to inspect and review the contents of his or her official personnel file in any case where the employee has a grievance related to performance; to a performance evaluation; or is contesting his or her suspension or discharge from County service. D. Letters of reference and reports concerning criminal investigations concerning the employee shall be excluded from the provisions of B. and C., above. E. An employee shall have the right to respond in writing or personal interview to any information contained in his or her official personnel file, such reply to become a permanent part of such employee's official personnel file. F. Any contents of an employee's official personnel file may be destroyed pursuant to an agreement between the Chief of Employee Relations and the employee concerned or by an order of an arbitrator, court or impartial hearing officer unless the particular item is otherwise required by law to be kept.

  • Review of Personnel File Upon written authority from an employee, OC shall permit the President of the Union or their designate to review that employee's personnel file in the office in which the file is normally kept in order to facilitate the proper investigation of a grievance.

  • Review of Personnel Files Every member shall be allowed to review any of his/her personnel files except "confidential law enforcement records" and "trial preparation records" as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 at any time, upon request and reasonable notice. Such request shall be made to the supervisor directly responsible for maintenance of such files. Review of the files shall be made in the presence of such supervisor or the supervisor's designated representative. For the Division master personnel file, the request shall be made to the member's Subdivision Deputy Chief or his/her designated representative. Any member, or the member's Lodge representative, may copy documents in the member's file. The City may levy a charge for such copying, which charge shall bear a reasonable relationship to actual costs. A member will be notified in writing any time records within his/her personnel, background, IAB, and/or payroll file(s) are requested, as a public records request pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, provided the City determines that the request is proper under applicable law. A member may request copies of any records provided under this paragraph, and these copies shall be provided at no cost to the member.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT (a) Employees required by the Employer to wear uniforms will be supplied with an adequate number of uniforms appropriate to the occupation free of cost to Employees. Such items are to remain the property of the Employer and be laundered and maintained by such Employer free of cost to the Employee. (b) Instead of the provision of such uniforms, the Employer may, by agreement with the Employee, pay such Employee a uniform allowance at the rate set out in Item 1 of Table 5. This rate is expressed as per shift or part thereof, or as a weekly rate – an Employee is to be paid whichever is the lesser amount. (c) Where an Employee’s uniforms are not laundered by or at the expense of the Employer, the Employee will be paid a laundry allowance. For Aged Care, Health Professionals and Home Care Employees this will be paid at the rate set out in Item 2 of Table 5. This allowance is also expressed as a payment per shift of part thereof of as a weekly payment – an Employee is to be paid whichever is the lesser amount. For Nursing Employees this will be paid at the rate set out in Item 3 of Table 5. (d) The uniform allowance, but not the laundry allowance, will be paid during all absences on paid leave, except absences on long service leave and absence on personal/carer’s leave beyond 21 days. Where, prior to the taking of leave, an Employee was paid a uniform allowance other than at the weekly rate, the rate to be paid during absence on leave will be the average of the allowance paid during the four weeks immediately preceding the taking of leave. (e) Where an Employer requires an Employee to wear rubber gloves, special clothing or where safety equipment is required for the work performed by an Employee, the Employer must reimburse the Employee for the cost of purchasing such special clothing or safety equipment, except where such clothing or equipment is provided by the Employer.
