Control System Acceptance Test Procedures Sample Clauses
The Control System Acceptance Test Procedures clause defines the process and criteria for evaluating whether a control system meets the contractual requirements before final acceptance. It typically outlines the specific tests to be performed, the roles and responsibilities of both parties during testing, and the documentation required to verify results. By establishing clear procedures and benchmarks, this clause ensures that the delivered control system functions as intended and provides a structured method for resolving any deficiencies prior to project completion.
