Controller’s responsibilities. To the extent that applicable data protection laws require, the Processor may charge controller (and controller is responsible for payment) where processor assists controller with controller’s data protection requirements or otherwise. Controller is responsible for making sure that certain designated personnel within their organisation:
Controller’s responsibilities. Controller and Processor shall be separately responsible for conforming with such statutory data protection regulations as are applicable to them. Controller shall inform Processor without undue delay and comprehensively about any errors or irregularities related to statutory provisions on the Processing of Personal Data detected during a verification of the results of such Processing. Controller shall, upon termination or expiration of the SA and by way of issuing an Instruction, stipulate, within 30 days, the reasonable measures to return data carrier media or to delete stored data. Any additional cost arising in connection with the return or deletion of Personal Data after the termination or expiration of the SA shall be borne by Controller.
Controller’s responsibilities. Controller is responsible for making sure that certain designated personnel within their organisation: • provide all necessary privacy notices to data subjects; • obtain any necessary data subject consent to the processing; • maintain a record of such consent; • communicate the fact that a data subject has revoked consent to processor where a data subject does so; to the extent that applicable data protection laws require.
Controller’s responsibilities. The Controller acknowledges and accepts that any Computer Data that the Controller uploads as part of the Service, such as uploaded Computer Data pertaining to the Controller’s own customers, may be transferred to a third party (sub-processor). All data in the Service are stored on systems located in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
