Customer's Responsibilities definition

Customer's Responsibilities. Document shall mean as set forth in Annex 3, "Customer's Responsibilities Document," hereto and made a part hereof.
Customer's Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer as specified in Schedule 3.
Customer's Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer described in Article VIII of the Main Agreement.

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
