Convalescence, Rehabilitation and Respite Clause Samples

The 'Convalescence, Rehabilitation and Respite' clause defines the terms under which an individual is entitled to receive care and support services following illness, surgery, or during periods of recovery. It typically outlines the types of services covered, such as physical therapy, nursing care, or temporary relief for primary caregivers, and may specify eligibility criteria or duration limits for such support. This clause ensures that individuals have access to necessary recovery and support services, addressing the need for structured assistance during vulnerable periods and preventing gaps in care.
