Care means any care arrangement in a residential setting or in a Hospital or any other healthcare facility like health hydros, nature cure clinics, wellness centre, palliative centre for services related to help the physically or cognitively impaired to achieve or regain their maximum functional potential for mobility, self-care and independent living, although not necessarily complete independence.
