If the business relationship terminates, then ISOTIS may be required to transfer such records, or copies of such records, to KD. Such transfer will be at the option and upon the request of KD.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include: 1. Dusting, damp mopping of resilient floors, trash removal, sanitizing of basins, bowls and urinals as well as cleaning of mirrors and bright work. 2. Refilling of soap, towel, tissue and sanitary dispensers to be rendered as necessary. 3. High dusting to be rendered as needed.

  • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 ▇▇▇▇▇, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.   • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)

  • Cross Connection For a collocation arrangement, the facilities between the collocating Party’s equipment and the equipment or facilities of the housing Party (such as the housing Party’s digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame, or other suitable frame or panel).
