Common use of Conventional Gasoline Clause in Contracts

Conventional Gasoline. If the Product sold in any Transaction is conventional gasoline, Buyer acknowledges that such Product does not meet the requirements for reformulated gasoline and may not be used in any reformulated gasoline-covered areas. Seller agrees to provide Buyer with all product transfer documents required by Applicable Law.
