Conversely, let (km Sample Clauses

Conversely, let (km m∈N be any sequence in Z and let (fm)m∈N be a sequence of p-adic modular forms fm of weight km and level Γ(N ) over Zp such that f1 /≡ 0 mod p and fm+1 ≡ fm mod pm in q-expansion. Then the sequence (km)n∈N converges in End(Z×p ) to a weight χ : Z×p → Z×p and there is a unique p-adic modular form f of weight χ and level Γ(N ) over Zp such that fm ≡ f mod pm in q-expansion. A central result in the theory of p-adic modular forms is that classical Hecke eigenforms live in p-adic families of overconvergent p-adic eigenforms, as was first observed by Xxxx for ordinary modular forms [28], and later extended by Xxxxxxx [19], whose work with Xxxxx culminated in the construction of the eigencurve [18]. This is a rigid space which roughly can η be described as follows: Let W = Spf(Zp[[Z ]])rig be the rigid space over Qp whose X-points for any affinoid rigid space X over Qp parametrise p-adic weights κ : Z×p → O(X)×. Then the eigencurve is a rigid space w : E → W parametrising and interpolating overconvergent p-adic eigenforms of finite slope and level Γ(N ), relatively over the p-adic weight space W . The geometry of the eigencurve encodes deep questions about congruences of eigenforms and Galois representations, and the eigencurve is therefore nowadays a central topic to the study of p-adic modular forms. Despite some recent progress, many of its geometric features are still mysterious. We refer to [33] for a brief survey. We can picture the weight space W as being a disjoint union of open unit discs: Each point κ ∈ W corresponding to a weight κ : Z×p → K× valued in some non-archimedean field extension K of Qp can be assigned an absolute value |κ| := maxa∈Zp× |κ(a) − 1| which we can use to define subdiscs and annuli in W of prescribed radii in each component of W . Near the centre of the weight space discs, the geometry of the eigencurve is expected to be very complicated [12]. Near their boundary, on the other hand, the eigencurve is thought to behave in a much more “regular” fashion. Motivated by computational results, Xxxxxxx made the following conjecture:

  • Rental Rates and Wage Rates for Change Orders As soon as is practical, but prior to the completion of the Construction Preparation Period and in any event prior to the commencement of any Work on the Site, the Contractor shall submit in accordance with the style and format of a specimen to be furnished by the Owner for consideration of the Owner the following: (1) a proposal for rental rates on heavy construction equipment that shall apply in the event Change Order Work is performed, and (2) a proposal for wage rates for the types of project labor that shall apply in the event of the execution of any Change Order Work. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates do not exceed current costs for like services. The Owner will in no event consider a rental rate in excess of eighty percent of the rate set forth in the latest edition of the "Compilation of Nationally Averaged Rental Rates for Construction Equipment" of the Associated Equipment Distributors unless the rates proposed in excess of eighty percent are supported by proof satisfactory to the Owner that the excess rates are reasonable. If the equipment is owned by the Contractor the costs shall be charged at a maximum of eighty percent of market monthly rental rates for the amount of time used. If applicable, transportation costs may be included. The decision of the Owner shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties. Rental rates shall be payable only for the actual time the equipment is required on the Site.

  • Upward Reclassification When a position is reclassified upward a regular incumbent shall be continued in the position. He/she shall be advanced to the higher class with the same status held in the lower class if he/she meets minimum experience and training requirements. When a position is reclassified upward and the incumbent does not have regular status, the position will be filled competitively at the higher level.

  • Downward Reclassification a. When a position is reclassified to another class at the same pay level or to a class that carries a lower salary range, the incumbent trial service or regular employee shall be accorded corresponding status in the new class.

  • For Lump Sum Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes compensation in full to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for all costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.

  • Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Adjustment of Number of Common Shares and Exercise Price The subscription rights in effect under the Warrants for Common Shares issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as follows:

  • From Number 7.1.1.1.3 To Number Version: 4Q04 Resale Agreement 05/18/05

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • PRICING for Markup of Non-Prepriced Items in RS Means Unit Price Book What is your proposed Markup Percentage on materials not found in the RS Means Price Book? If any materials being utilized for a project cannot be found in the RS Means Price Book, this question is what is the markup percentage on those materials? When answering this question please insert the number that represents your percentage of proposed markup. Example: if you are proposing a 30 percent markup, please insert the number "30". Remember that this is a ceiling markup. You may markup a lesser percentage to the TIPS Member customer when pricing the project, but not a greater percentage. EXAMPLE: You need special materials that are not in the RS Means Unit Price Book for a project. You would buy the materials and mark them up to the TIPS Member customer by the percentage you propose in this question. If the materials cost you, the contractor, $100 and you proposed a markup on this question for the material of 30 percent, then you would charge the TIPS Member customer $130 for the materials.
