Conversion of Credit Hours to Pay. Full time employees receive pay for a maximum of 24 hours of unused approved credit hours when they separate by retirement, transfer to another Agency, or when no longer subject to a flexible work schedule with credit hours. Part time employees will be paid for credit hours up to one-quarter of their biweekly work requirement. Credit hours are paid at the employee's current rate of basic pay.
