Conversion of employment conditions. 1. The private employment agency and the temporary agency worker may agree in writing that part of the wage in proportion to time, as well as holiday exceeding statutory requirements, bonuses as referred to in article 20(2)(c) or articles 36 and 37 and compensation hours as referred to in article 49 may be converted into tax-free reimbursements or tax-free benefits in kind in relation to extraterritorial costs.
