Cooperation and Level of Performance. 37.10.3.1 The Parties agree to provide access to 911/E911 in a manner that is transparent to the end user. The Parties will work together to facilitate the prompt, reliable and efficient interconnection of AT&T's systems to the 911/E911 platforms to ensure that 911/E911 service is fully available to AT&T's end users, with a level of performance that will provide the same grade of service as that which GTE provides to its own end users and that meets State requirements, provided, however that GTE shall not be contractually liable to AT&T in the event that the grade of service offered by GTE does not meet State requirements. To this end, GTE will provide documentation to AT&T showing the correlation of its rate centers to its E911 tandems.
