Common use of Cooperation and Non-Interference Clause in Contracts

Cooperation and Non-Interference. Contractor acknowledges and accepts that GEC may engage other Persons to perform work or provide services adjacent to the Facility, which are not part of the Work (the “Out of Scope Construction”). Contractor agrees to cooperate in good faith and use its reasonable efforts to coordinate performance of the Work so as to enable any Person performing the Out of Scope Construction to complete its work in a timely and efficient manner.
