Indemnity from Liens. Provided and to the extent Contractor is paid on a current basis pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall indemnify, defend and protect Owner and the Owner Indemnities from and against Contractor Liens. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
