Cooperation and Subrogation. The Insured shall provide the Insurers with such cooperation, assistance and information as the Insurers may request, all without charge to the Insurers. In the event of any payment under this Policy, the Insurers shall be subrogated to all of the Insured's rights of recovery, and the Insured shall preserve and secure, and not prejudice, such rights.
Cooperation and Subrogation. (1) In the event of any notice under CONDITION (B), the Insured Persons will give the Insurer all information, assistance and cooperation as the Insurer may reasonably request. The failure of an Insured Person to provide information, assistance or cooperation as required in the preceding sentence will not impair the rights of any other Insured Person under this Policy.
Cooperation and Subrogation. (1) Except as specifically provided in CONDITION (H) below, in the event of a short rate table and procedure. Premium adjustment may be made either at the time cancellation is effective or as soon as practicable after cancellation becomes effective, but payment or tender of unearned premium is not a condition of cancellation.

The Insured shall, upon the Insurer’s request, attend hearings, trials and depositions and shall assist in securing and giving evidence and obtaining the attendance of witnesses.

In the event of a Claim, the Insured will provide the Insurer with all information, assistance, and cooperation that the Insurer reasonably requests, and will do nothing that may prejudice the defense of the case or the Insurer’s potential or actual rights of recovery. At the Insurer’s request, the Insured will assist in any actions, suits, or proceedings, including but not limited to attending hearings, trials and depositions, securing and giving evidence, and obtaining the attendance of witnesses, and will also assist in all settlement discussions. In the event of payment by the Insurer under this Policy, the Insurer will be subrogated to the extent of any such payment to all of the rights of recovery by the Insured. The Insured will execute all papers and do everything necessary to secure such rights, including the execution of any documents necessary to enable the Insurer to effectively to bring suit in their name. Moreover, the Insurer will control any recovery action, including settlement in return for advancing funds for the subrogation action. The obligations of the Insured under this condition will survive the expiration or cancellation of the Policy. Notwithstanding the above, the Organization may agree in writing to waive such right of recovery or subrogation against any person or entity if such waiver was a contractual obligation of the Organization and was executed prior to the Claim, Network Intrusion, Data Privacy Incident or Wrongful Act at issue.
Cooperation and Subrogation. 4.5.1 In the event of a Claim or any other matter for which coverage is sought under this Policy, the Insured will provide the Underwriters with all information, assistance, and cooperation that the Underwriters reasonably request, and will do nothing that may prejudice the Underwriters’ position or potential or actual rights of recovery. At the Underwriters’ request, the Insured will assist in any actions, suits, or proceedings, including but not limited to attending hearings, trials and depositions, securing and giving evidence, and obtaining the attendance of witnesses, and will also assist in making settlements.
