Common use of Cooperation Objectives Clause in Contracts

Cooperation Objectives. 1. Based on the principle of mutual benefit and with a view to further facilitating and promoting trade and investment between them, the two sides agree to enhance the level of economic and trade cooperation, and strengthen economic and technical cooperation in accordance with their respective laws and regulations, policy objectives and resource allocation. 2. The two sides encourage Macao’s participation in the “Belt and Road” Initiative, deepen the cooperation in the development of Macao as a trade and economic cooperation service platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries (PSCs), support the two places in strengthening sub-regional economic and trade cooperation, further deepen the cooperation in key areas between the Mainland and Macao, promote trade and investment facilitation, and xxxxxx the joint development of the two places.
