Cooperation with Investigations. Contractor agrees that it will cooperate with JCSD and law enforcement, where necessary, in any investigations into a Breach. Any costs incidental to the required cooperation or participation of the Contractor or its’ Authorized Users, as related to such investigations, will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor if such Breach is attributable to Contractor or its Subcontractors.
