Business Online Banking Service certain business customers may apply for access to the Business Online Banking Service (“BOB”) by following the application and/or enrollment process as designated by the Bank from time to time. The following terms and conditions govern the use of this system and apply to any non-consumer user of the Service whether via BOB or the Single User Service.
Business Online Banking Service. Upon approval, you may use your personal computer or other electronic devices to access your accounts. You must use your User ID along with your security code to access your accounts. The BOB service is accessible seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day. However, from time to time, some or all of the BOB services may not be available due to system maintenance. You will need a personal computer and a web browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Safari). The online address for the BOB service is xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer and internet service. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service or your computer. At the present time, you may use the BOB service to: Access and transfer funds between your linked business deposit and loan accounts and authorized external accounts. External transfers are subject to a separate agreement provided when you enroll for the service. Review information such as account balance, pending card transactions, transaction history, maturity dates and tax information for your deposit and certificate accounts. Review information on your loan accounts including payoff amounts, due dates, finance charges, interest rate, and balance information and past statements of yours. For authorized business accounts, initiate Wire and ACH origination requests (separate agreement required). Make xxxx payments from your checking account using the Xxxx Payment Service. The Xxxx Payment Service is subject to a separate agreement provided when you enroll. Account aggregation to pull account information from other financial institutions supported by our online banking provider. Request a cashier’s check withdrawal payable to yourself. Add or remove overdraft transfer protection for automatic transfer of funds to cover overdraft occurrences. Refer to the Overdraft Transfer Protection and Courtesy Pay Services Disclosure for more information on this service. Add or remove Overdraft Courtesy Pay opt in. Provides for overdraft ability for single debit card or ATM withdrawal transactions up to you authorized pay limit. 2.1.1 To use Business Online Banking you need: A Bank business checking account, business savings account, business certificate of deposit or a business loan account located at Bank; Service through an Internet service provider; An Online ACCESS ID and PASSWORD for each authorized representative, and A computer, Internet access and Internet Explorer version 8 or above and 128 bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) encryption.
2.1.2 All Business Online Banking plan types include common features and functionality that enable you to: Transfer funds between your Bank business accounts (excluding certificates of deposit) either on a one-time or a recurring basis; View same day balance information for your Bank checking, savings, and loan accounts; Review transactions for the current statement cycle and transactions from your previous bank statement; Export transactions; Control features and functionality by user, including access to funds; Send us email messages and questions regarding your online banking.

2.3 Account Access You choose the Bank accounts that you want to access through Business Online Banking. You may also customize the authority of authorized employees and you can limit their online access time when you provide account set-up information to us.

Business Online Banking Service. Customer may create and transmit a NACHA-formatted file to Bank via the Business Online Banking Service. Customer agrees to the terms of the Business Online Banking Service and its related Security Procedures (including as described in the Appendix) when initiating Entries as described therein.
Business Online Banking Service. (a) Purpose. Customer desires to view and access Account information over the Internet and be permitted to transfer funds between accounts maintained at the Bank, and Bank is willing to provide such Service (known as Business Online Banking) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Section B.1.
Business Online Banking Service. As more fully described below, with Online Banking, you can manage your deposit and loan accounts by using Online Banking from your home or office or while traveling, using your personal computer. For example, you can use Online Banking to:
1. View account balances and review account transaction history;
2. Transfer money between your Central Pacific Bank Accounts;
3. Pay bills to any merchant or individual within the United States if you subscribe to the Online Bill Payment Service through a separate enrollment process;
4. Place stop payment requests on checks;
5. Receive your statements online if you enroll in the Online Statement Service through a separate enrollment process;
6. Receive documents securely from the bank through Document Delivery Service;
7. Download transaction history for your Accounts to be used by Personal Financial Management software if you subscribe to it;
8. Communicate directly with the Bank through Secure Messaging; and
9. Manage users and permissions with a Supervisor login with robust administrative controls. Additionally optional Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) services are available such as: (subject to credit approval)
1. EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment Service) Tax Payments –Make state and federal tax payments electronically.
2. ACH Payments - Transfer funds to an account at another financial institution through ACH. This gives you the ability to send money electronically when you want the recipient to receive the funds.
