COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. When the Property is marketed for lease, Broker will allow other brokers to show the Property to prospective tenants. If the other broker procures a tenant who leases the Property, Xxxxxx will offer to pay the other broker a fee out of the compensation Broker receives under Paragraph 11. As of the date this agreement is signed, Xxxxxx's policy is to offer other brokers the following amounts. Broker may change the amounts disclosed below without notice, provided that Broker will offer competitively reasonable amounts to other brokers.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. This agreement is binding on Xxxxx’s and Xxxxxx’s heirs, personal representatives, administrators, successors, and assigns. Signatures, initials, and modifications communicated by facsimile will be considered as originals. The term さBuyerざ as used in the Agreement includes buyers, tenants, exchangers, optionees and other categories of potential or actual transferees.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. The REALTOR® may cooperate with other brokers and their agents to 122 procure a Buyer and, accordingly, the REALTOR® is authorized to offer compensation to cooperating brokers. REALTOR® will 123 offer to pay to any cooperating broker that has participated in the 124 sale of the Real Estate as the procuring broker, regardless of agency relationships.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. Sterling Rail may engage the services of a Co-Broker. All fees due and payable to said Co-Broker shall be the sole responsibility of Sterling Rail.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. 31 Licensee has explained Xxxxxx’s company policies about cooperating with other brokers. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx agree that Xxxxxx will pay 32 from Xxxxxx’s Fee a fee to another broker who procures the buyer, is a member of a Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and who:
33 A. represents Seller (SUBAGENT). Broker will pay of/from the sale price.
34 B. represents the buyer (BUYER’S AGENT). Broker will pay of/from the sale price.
35 A Buyer’s Agent, even if compensated by Xxxxxx for Seller, will represent the interests of the buyer.
36 C. does not represent either Seller or a buyer (TRANSACTION LICENSEE).
COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. Agent has explained Xxxxxx’s policy about cooperating with other Brokers, and Seller consents to such policy. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx agree that Xxxxxx may pay from Xxxxxx’s Fee a Fee to another broker who procures the Buyer.

B. A fee to another broker who represents a buyer (BUYER'S AGENT). A Buyer's Agent, even if compensated by Xxxxxx or Seller, will represent the interests of the buyer.
C. A fee to another broker who does not represent either the Seller or a buyer (TRANSACTION LICENSEE).
COOPERATION WITH OTHER BROKERS. Listing Broker will allow other brokers to show the Property to prospective buyers. If the other broker procures a buyer who purchases the Property, Listing Broker will offer to pay the other broker from Broker's fee under Paragraph 4 (Commission):
