Cooperation with Other TEX. AN 2021 Contract Holders Successful Respondent agrees to reasonably cooperate with and work with the other TEX-AN 2021 Contract Holders, Subcontractors, and third party representatives as requested by DIR. To the extent permitted by DIR’s financial and personnel resources, DIR agrees to reasonably cooperate with Successful Respondent.
