COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.
COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. 12.1 During the progress of the Work, Other Contractors may be engaged in performing other work or may be awarded other contracts for additional work on this Project. In that event, the Contractor shall coordinate the Work to be done hereunder with the work of such Other Contractors and the Contractor shall fully cooperate with such Other Contractors and carefully fit its own Work to that provided under other contracts as may be directed by the Engineer. The Contractor shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of work by any Other Contractors.
12.2 If the Engineer determines that the Contractor is failing to coordinate its Work with the work of Other Contractors as the Engineer has directed, then the Commissioner shall have the right to withhold any payments otherwise due hereunder until the Contractor completely complies with the Engineer's directions.
12.3 The Contractor shall notify the Engineer in writing if any Other Contractor on this Project is failing to coordinate its work with the Work of this Contract. If the Engineer finds such charges to be true, the Engineer shall promptly issue such directions to the Other Contractor with respect thereto as the situation may require. The City shall not, however, be liable for any damages suffered by any Other Contractor's failure to coordinate its work with the Work of this Contract or by reason of the Other Contractor's failure to promptly comply with the directions so issued by the Engineer, or by reason of any Other Contractor's default in performance, it being understood that the City does not guarantee the responsibility or continued efficiency of any contractor. The Contractor agrees to make no claim against the City for any damages relating to or arising out of any directions issued by the Engineer pursuant to this Article 12 (including but not limited to the failure of any Other Contractor to comply or promptly comply with such directions), or the failure of the Engineer to issue any directions, or the failure of any Other Contractor to coordinate its work, or the default in performance of any Other Contractor.
12.4 The Contractor shall indemnify and hold the City harmless from any and all claims or judgments for damages and from costs and expenses to which the City may be subjected or which it may suffer or incur by reason of the Contractor's failure to comply with the Engineer's directions promptly; and the Comptroller shall have the right to exercise the powers r...

Contractor shall use all reasonable efforts not to interfere with the performance at the Facility Site of any other contractors designated by Owner and to provide any such contractors a reasonable opportunity to introduce and store materials and perform their services at the Facility Site, provided such efforts and such other contractors do not interfere with Contractor's performance of work at the Facility Site. Contractor shall use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with Owner and any such other contractors to coordinate Contractor's Services with the work of such other contractors.

COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. 14.1 The Consultant must liaise, consult and cooperate with other consultants and contractors engaged by the Company and must integrate the Services with the services of those other consultants and contractors.
14.2 Without limiting clause 14.1, the Consultant may find it necessary, or the Company may require the Consultant, to prepare joint programs, method statements, coordination drawings and specifications with other contractors and consultants.
14.3 The Consultant must immediately notify the Company if it becomes aware of any delay affecting, or on the part of, any other consultants and contractors engaged by the Company.
14.4 Despite the provisions of this clause 14.0, the Consultant remains fully responsible for the timely performance of all the Services.
COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. During the progress of the Work on this Contract, other Contractors may be engaged in performing work within the Contract area and in areas adjacent to this Contract area. The Contractor’s attention is specifically directed to the fact that because of the work on other contracts within and adjacent to the limits of this Contract, it may not have exclusive occupancy of the territory within or adjacent to the limits of this Contract. The Contractor will be required to cooperate with other Prime Contractors and the owners of the various utilities and to coordinate and arrange the sequence of its work in such a manner that all work, proposed or in progress within or adjacent to the limits of the Contract, can be progressed with as little interference as possible. In case of interference between the operations of a Contractor and/or utility owners and/or other Contractors, RIOC/LiRo shall be the sole judge of the rights of each party and of the sequence for work necessary to expedite the completion of all the Work progressed or about to be progressed within or adjacent to the Contract limits. The direction of RIOC/LiRo on the order and sequence of the Work shall not constitute a basis for extra compensation or an Extension of Time General: Meetings shall be held as scheduled by RIOC/LiRo in its office, at which time the Contractor shall have its representatives present to discuss all details relative to the execution of the Work.
COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. Tenant shall perform all Work so as to maintain peace and harmony among other contractors serving the Project and shall avoid interference with other work to be performed or services to be rendered in the Project.
