Common use of Coordination of Obligations and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Coordination of Obligations and Responsibilities. Professional Business Manager shall, in good faith, coordinate all of its obligations and responsibilities under this Professional Business Management Agreement with Retail Business Manager’s performance of its obligations and responsibilities under the Retail Business Management Agreement. Any dispute, conflict or disagreement between Professional Business Manager and Retail Business Manager regarding their respective obligations and responsibilities shall be referred to the Practice Advisory Council for resolution.
