Coordinators and Department Heads. A Faculty Member who accepts a position of Department Head or Coordinator will, in addition to his/her regular salary, receive a monthly stipend as compensation for such responsibilities. Department Head and Coordinator stipends are contained in Schedule C. 15 PICKET LINE Employees refusing to cross a legal picket line shall not be penalized except that they shall not be entitled to receive pay for the work not performed.
