COPE Fund Deductions. The Employer agrees to deduct and 16 transmit to IBEW-COPE, five cents ($0.05) an hour from the wages of each 17 Employee who voluntarily authorizes such contributions on the forms 18 provided for that purpose by IBEW-COPE.
