Seniority Date. Employees shall acquire seniority upon completion of the probationary period as defined in this Agreement and, upon acquiring seniority, the seniority date shall relate back to the first date of continuous service in a position governed by this Agreement. If more than one employee commences work on the same date, seniority ranking for such employees shall be determined by the School District.
Seniority Date. Seniority will be based on the employee’s date of hire for his or her most recent period of continuous state employment.
Seniority Date. The parties agree that seniority in the District or in the classification is based on hire date in the District or classification.
Seniority Date. If more than one employee commences work on the same date in a classification category, the tie shall be broken by using the last four digits of the employees’ social security numbers, recognizing the employee with the higher number as the most senior.
Seniority Date. The seniority order of employees hired on the same date shall be established on the date of hire.

If more than one employee commences work on the same date, seniority ranking for such employees shall be determined by position in the alphabet in descending order. For purposes of this section, descending order is defined as a ranking sequence from the letter Z to A.
Seniority Date. When an Apprentice or Installer is dispatched by the Union, the Union will provide the Employer with the individual's "term" date for purposes of Article 17.02.

Seniority Date. 10:1.1 An employee’s seniority date is established by their appointment to a non-temporary regular position or when an employee’s status has changed from a “casual/ESC” employee to a “regular” employee, pursuant to Article 8:6.1.
Seniority Date. The seniority date for all rehired retired teachers will be the most recent employment date, the date the return to work agreement is signed by the teacher. Xxxxxxx retired teachers shall be placed on the part time seniority list. Regardless of the seniority date, a rehired retired teacher shall remain employed by the district during the term of the return to work agreement unless terminated pursuant to M.S. 122A.40.
