Copies of (A. The Company, the Local Management, and the Union, want every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his or her rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Company will print the Agreement and the Local Management will give a copy to each employee, and make a reasonable number of copies available to the Union for their use. The agreement will be signed within forty-five (45) days of ratification, printed and distributed without undue delay. ARTICLE NON UNIO N REPRESENTATIVES If an authorized Union representative who is not employed by the Company wants to speak to the Local Union representative in the plant about a grievance or other official Union business, he should first get permission from the Plant Manager or the Industrial Supervisor. Either of these men will then call the Local Union Representative to the Industrial Relations Office, where they may confer. These talks will be arranged so that they will not needlessly interfere with production. ARTICLE GROUP The Company agrees to modify the Group Insurance Plan in accordance with the improvements and effective dates as outlined in Appendix The improvements will be incorporated in the Group Insurance Agreement to be signed by the parties.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Copies of Other Reports (a) Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all reports, if any, submitted to the Borrower by the Borrower's independent public accountants regarding the Borrower, including, without limitation, any management report prepared in connection with the annual audit referred to in Section 6.2.

  • Copies, etc The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to each Lender of each notice or request required or permitted to be given to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents (unless concurrently delivered to the Lenders by the Borrower). Also, the Fund will furnish the Manager financial and other corporate information as needed, and otherwise cooperate fully with the Manager in its efforts to carry out its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.

  • Complete Copies of Materials The Company has delivered or made available true and complete copies of each document (or summaries of same) that has been requested by Parent or its counsel.
