Copies of Benefit Contract. The Board shall provide the Association President with one (1) copy of each signed contract entered into between the Board and the insurance company(ies) which provide the benefit(s) specified in this contract. Copies of existing contract(s) shall be provided to the Association within twenty-four (24) hours of ratification of this contract by both parties. Copies of contracts subsequently entered into by the Board shall be provided to the Association within one (1) week after they are received by the Board.
