Copies of Books and Records. The Operators shall, for a period of five (5) years after the Closing Date, provide to Buyer copies, whether in paper or computer format, as may be reasonably requested from time to time by Buyer, of Seller's financial and tax books and records and Manager's financial records insofar as they relate to the operation of the Facility and the Business prior to the Closing.
