For this reason the Union shall print sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution to employees. The cost of printing shall be borne by the Union. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.

  • Complete and Accurate Information Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information provided to HHS are current, complete, and accurate. This includes all statements and information in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response.
