Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year. Contracting Officer must receive Purchaser’s written request for a market-related contract term addition before the expiration of this contract. No more than 3 years shall be added to a contract's term by market-related contract term addition unless the following conditions are met:
FIXTURES AND FITTINGS 7.13.1 Not to remove any of the Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises to store the same in the loft, basement or garage (if any) without obtaining the Landlord’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and then to ensure that any such items are stored safely and upon vacating the Premises, to leave the same in the places in which they were on the Commencement Date.

Fittings & Fixtures Except those provided by the Promoter, all fitouts to be put-up, erected and installed at or inside the Designated Apartment including the interior decoration shall be done and completed by the Allottee at its own costs and expenses. In doing and carrying out the said fitout works, the Allottee shall be obliged to do all works in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner and without violating any laws, rules or regulations of the municipal, National Building Code and Fire rules and others and with minimum noise and without causing any disturbance or annoyance to the other Co-owners. The Allottee shall ensure that there shall be no stacking of debris or materials in any Common Areas and there shall be regular clearing of all debris arising out of the Fitout works. The Allottee hereby unequivocally and categorically undertakes not to drill, break, maim, hammer or in anyway damage or destroy the beams and columns on the floor, ceiling and walls of the Designated Apartment. The Allottee shall be responsible for all consequences, loss of life and property, damages or accidents that may occur due to breach or default on the part of the Allottee while carrying out any fitout or other activity.
Accessories The following described related accessories, if any: window air conditioning units, stove, fireplace screens, curtains and rods, blinds, window shades, draperies and rods, door keys, mailbox keys, above ground pool, swimming pool equipment and maintenance accessories, artificial fireplace logs, and controls for: (i) garage doors, (ii) entry gates, and (iii) other improvements and accessories.
Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.
Removable media devices All electronic files that contain County PHI or PI data must be encrypted when stored on any removable media or portable device (i.e. USB thumb drives, floppies, CD/DVD, smartphones, backup tapes etc.). Encryption must be a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES.
Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
